No MSG or white sugar is used for the gelatos of Premarché Gelateria & Alternative Junk.
They also use organic and fair trade ingredients for their gelatos.
Actually this gelato shop is very popular at Tokyo Vegan Gourmet Festival which is held every year in Tokyo.
I always give up to purchase it because of the long line.
The shop also got 3rd place in sorbet category in an international contest of SIGA (Sindacato Italiano Gelatieri Artigianali) which had been held in Italy in 2018.
Good point of this shop is you can try 3 flavors of gelato before purchasing.
Almost half of its gelato are vegan gelato.
