This is a restaurant that offers Taiwanese vegetarian dishes.
But fist of all, I think I need to add the dishes might use MSG.
Because I found a review of one customer which says he could find the taste is a kind of (MSG) and he also made a call to check it.
And I myself made a call to check if they use it (I made a call to its sister restaurant in Roppongi) and the answer was they use a kind of it (the stuff did not assert MSG but told me they use that kind of seasoning) for some of the dishes.
The reason I included here is it is true that this is a vegetarian restaurant (They don’t say they don’t use MSG on Website) and some people might visit without notice.
I’m not going to criticize but I thought customers should know at least before their visit.
And just in case please make a call if you worry about it.
Nakaichi Soshoku-ten opened in 1983.
They don’t include five pungent roots in Buddhism such as garlic, onion, leek, etc. for their dishes, either.
“A balanced diet leads to a healthy body”, this is the motto of this restaurant.
The reputation of the restaurant is good and has a wide variety of Taiwanese dishes.
