AIN SOPH is a vegan restaurant.
So you can enjoy perfect vegan dishes without, meat, fish, egg, daily products, etc. here.
The popular menu of AIN SOPH is vegan pancake.
Some people visit here for this vegan pancake called heavenly vegan pancake.
Not only this pancake but other sweets are made using selected ingredients such as domestic wheat, beet sugar, soy milk, soy cheese, organic citrus fruits, etc.
And you can enjoy traditional Japanese BENTO style dish as you can see on the top picture at lunch time only here in Ginza.
This Fukurokuju BENTO is $28 (3150 yen) and you might feel a bit expensive but it must be worth trying.
You can enjoy the dishes in traditional tatami mat room.
