Mr. Farmer Shinjuku

This is not a perfect vegetarian restaurant but has ordinary menu includes meat, fish, egg, etc. but I included here as it also has menu for a vegan.
It is located in the street called Mosaic Street.

Mr. Farmer Shinjuku

The time I visited was around 7 pm.
It had a big space and there were many people inside.
I could see this restaurant is popular among young ladies from the customer base.

I took a seat.

And checked the menu.
It had a wide variety of menu from salad wraps, croque-monsieur to curry.

For vegan menu, it had vegan taco rice, vegan burger, vegan curry, etc.
You can also enjoy 4 types of raw cold pressed juice here.
Its menu or atmosphere is from that of West Coast of the United States.

This time I went for vegan burger.
It was 1490 yen (Around $13).

While waiting, I took some pictures.
There were some English books on the shelves attached to the wooden pillars.
Some plants were hanging from the ceiling.

Oh, cabbages are overflowing!
I noticed I did not take a picture of inside of the burger when I had a bite.
It was made of cabbages, tomato, beans steak and mayonnaise.

It was good taste but actually I felt like it was a bit strong taste because of the mayonnaise.
I ate only beans steak and it had a good taste of beans so I felt like I don’t need mayonnaise.
If you like light taste I recommend you tell the staff without mayo.

Usually you don’t need to ask water at restaurant in Japan because they serve it for free but here you need to get water by yourself to the spot near the entrance (of course it’s free).
Yes, there are water severs of several citrus flavors.
I could find orange, kiwi, lemon, lime, etc.
That’s good point we can enjoy fruit water.

Water Servers

This time I did not try sweets but I was also interested in vegan cheese cake and vegan soy-chocolate pudding!

It also has restaurants in Omotesando and Roppongi.
Here is the link.

It became night when I went outside.
It was Christmas time so the restaurant and the street in front were decorated with beautiful lights.
