Here at DESSERT ATELIER TAKAGIYA, you can enjoy selected vegan desserts.
They are particular about all the ingredients they use.
Organic, domestic and no chemicals are used for the desserts they serve.
Instead of ordinary sugar, maple syrup, brown rice starch syrup are used.
And organic soy milk for milk.
Originally, Takagiya was opened in front of Sugamo station in 2002.
And the shop newly opened in 2016 with the new name DESSERT ATELIER TAKAGIYA.
“Selection of food for the furure”, “You are what you eat”, “Oganic value called natural”, “Knowledge is power”, “Hospitality”, these are the philosophy of the shop.
It is a small shop with 10 seats but you can enjoy selected vegan cakes and cookies in a relaxing atmosphere here.
Hand dripped coffee is also recommended!
