Here is not a perfect vegetarian or vegan restaurant but it has special menu for vegan, so I included this restaurant.
This restaurant is run by Natural Harmony which is also famous for its deliver of natural vegetables.
So the vegetables used here are selected natural vegetables.
For all the course, they can offer vegan course if you ask.
The course is actually not that cheap but I think lunch course is reasonable as it is from 1800 yen (about $16) to 4500 yen (about $40) while dinner course is from 4800 yen (about $43) to 8000 yen (about $73)
Looks like this restaurant has just renewed last month of August 2017.
If you like walking, you can get to this restaurant even from Tokyo station in about 30 minutes
