Minako Hanada is the owner of this HANADA ROSSO.
She herself lost her health because of her gourmet food when she worked as a producer of a fancy restaurant in Tokyo.
She recovers her health by taking in macrobiotic method in her diet and she tells she made this HANADA ROSSO in the meaning of making up for the fancy restaurants she once produced which might also affected other people’s health.

Here what you can enjoy is vegan food but some of the dishes are not vegan or vegetarian and they focus on using organic food or reduced agrochemical vegetables as best as they can.
But it is not 100% organic.
Minako Hanada says it is almost impossible to make 100% organic as the supply can not keep up with the demand and even if it is possible it can be very expensive price like a fancy restaurant.

Another feature of the dish is brown rice.
They cook selected brown rice in an original way that you can enjoy glutinous texture and sweetness of brown rice that otherwise can usually be dried out.

I once visited this HANADA ROSSO and it was not a big restaurant but more like a cafe with relaxing atmosphere and tasty foods.
