Do you like sweets and want traditional Japanese sweets?
Then this Wa no Kashi Meguri is recommended.
All the sweets you can enjoy here are made without egg, dairy products, wheat, additives.
For sweetness, it uses agave syrup.
I can sometimes see vegan sweets at vegan restaurant but they are mostly for pancake, ice, cake, etc.
So far I’ve never seen a cafe which specializes only in Japanese traditional sweets of vegan.
It also holds work shop for sweets, miso, salt with rice malt, etc.
Why don’t you have a seat and enjoy macrobiotic Japanese sweets with a tea?
