The Pink Cow Roppongi
THE PINK COW is a restaurant for all the people from Non-vegetarian to vegan.
What you can enjoy here is a California style cuisine such as burrito, jambalaya, chili beans, etc.
Actually I myself visited this restaurant several times and also held a private travel photo exhibition here.
It was a big restaurant on the first floor of the basement with more than 70 seats and atmosphere was yes, American style.
They offered us buffet style dishes with cool DJ at the time.
When I visited here at an event of vegan meetup, what I could enjoy was a vegetarian buffet.
As for vegetarian dishes, they have a variety of both vegan and vegetarian dishes.
The taste was yes, what you can imagine of California foods that strong and spicy (not like very hot) taste for such as burrito and jambalaya.
As it located in Roppongi, the restaurant opens from evening to next morning of 8:00 am.
Yes, Roppong is the place for club so many young people enjoy dancing, music and drink from late night to next morning.
I also had a small talk with the owner when I held an event and she was an American.
I think all the staffs can speak English fluently as well so you don’t need to worry about a language.
