They bake their sweet potatoes in Tsuboyaki Style.
Well, traditional Tsuboyaki style is like the image of making of Nann in India.
In a big pot made of clay, they put the sweet potatoes.
But now they use modern pot or tools, I think.
The sweet potatoes baked in tsuboyaki style is very sweet!
