This is a special shop of falafel.
Falafel is a food originated in Israel.
It is made with chickpea.
This shop is newly opened on February 2017 in Roppongi.
The menus are all vegan and the vegetables used here are from Shimokita farm.
The vegetables grown in Shimokita farm don’t use chemical pesticide or chemical fertilizer.
All the vegetables are grown in an environmentally friendly way.
What you can enjoy here are falafel sandwich, falafel salad, fala-burger, hummus sandwich, fala-hotdog, etc.
They also serve organic coffee and beer of Israel.
Looks like the seats inside shop are just 3.
But it also uses UberEATS so they deliver the foods that you can enjoy its foods at home or office if you live in Tokyo.
