This shop includes non-vegetarian menu but has vegan menu, too.
Technically speaking, vegan cold noodles.
Reimen means cold noodles so this is the special shop of cold noodles.
But what you can enjoy here is not ordinary coold noodles but selected cold noodles.
The water for the soup is made in Iwaizumi, which is famous town as one of the top 100 natural water sources.
Home of Reimen in Japan (The very origin is Korea) is Morioka city in Iwate Prefecture and the noodles here is made based on the Morioka Reimen and Japanese wheat and potato starch are used for it.
The soup if free of MSG or any other additives so you can enjoy even the soup without worries.
Price is also reasonable as some menus are less than $10.
Here are some of the menus for vegetarian or vegan.
Tomato & Basil Reimen Cold Noodle Soup, Vegetables and reimen cold noodles with a thick soy milk broth, Vegetable soup with reimen cold noodles, etc.
This is the only place you can enjoy not vegan ramen but vegan reimen here in Japan I think.
I myself want to visit rather I’m going to one of these days!
