You can enjoy brown rice and vegetarian foods here.
It looks like not perfect macrobiotic cafe but the brown rice, vegetables and miso mainly used here are from organic farmer in Fukuoka Prefecture.
Interesting point is the owner does not select the vegetables to order but leave the choice to the organic farmer.
After receiving the vegetables, the owner or chef decides what to make.
I think it is a good thing although it might be sometimes difficult thing.
Another characteristics of Poleyale is Myanmar coffee.
The owner directly goes to coffee farm in Myanmar, interacts with people and selects with his own eyes.
You can enjoy natural coffee that is grown without agricultural chemicals or chemical fertilizer.
The cafe sometimes has music event and to my surprise the guest musician was my friend when I check the website for this article.
