Fucha Ryori is a vegetarian dish that is introduced from China by Zen monk about 300 years ago.
You can enjoy the vegetarian dish or Shojin Ryori here.
The price is not cheap like a casual cafe or restaurant actually.
For example, Fucha Set at lunch time is at about 5000 yen (about $45).
But you can enjoy Japanese Shojin Ryori that is cooked in its own recipe and atmosphere here.
