This is not a perfect vegetarian restaurant but as the word “Adaptation” in the name shows, it can offer various types dishes.
The dishes they prepare are wide range from vegan, gluten-free, raw food to macrobiotic.
They use organically or naturally grown vegetables as best they can.
Here you can also enjoy raw cold pressed juice and super food smoothie.
Depends on the season, you might be able to enjoy special menu made by collaboration with “veggy” (veggy is Japanese magazine for vegetarian).
Privately, I want to try vegan parfait made of organic soy milk, agave syrup, amazeke, etc.
