AIN SOPH Ripple KABUKICYO is one of the restaurants of AIN SOPH JOURNEYS which has vegan restaurant Ikebukuro, Shinjuku and Ginza too.
A drop of water makes ripple and the ripple makes wave.
Each one of us is the drop of water and that action effects surroundings.
In the name, that kind of thoughts are put.
It took about 10 minutes from Shinjuku station to this cafe.
When I entered the cafe there were 5 people and half of the table seats were full with them.
So this is a small cafe.
There are also 5 window seats so I took my seat there.
What you can enjoy here is Hamburger and there were several types of Hamburger.
I went for standard ripple burger at 1188 yen (about $10) this time although I was also curious about falafel burger.
In about 5 minutes, ripple burger came!
First look, I thought I can eat it easily but it was substantial.
Buns were taste good!
But actually the burger made of soybeans was a bit salty to me.
I wonder if I am too sensible to salt flavor?
If the burger cut down the salt a bit, it would have been good taste to me.
Wood style of the shop was good and I could relax.
