Chef Eijiro Yamada had a long career of cooking at hotel and restaurant in Tokyo, United States and United Kingdom before the opening of MOMINOKI HOUSE.
After returning to Japan from United Kingdom, complete Japan C.I.’s Lima Cooking School Master Course.

All the food you can enjoy here use organic vegetables and electron‐ionized water.

I’ve been to this restaurant in around 2005 and still remember the dishes offered there were that of professional chef who practiced long period of training.
I also had a chance to talk with chef and he was kind and easy to talk.

Long business period since its opening in 1976 shows the quality and its popularity.
You can enjoy vegan food but there is also non veg food that please check what you have before you order the dish.
